Bitter or Better – It’s All About Your Perspective!

Choose Better not Bitter

Job truly came to know the living God, not in spite of his pain, but because of it. The pain and suffering drove Job to his knees where he ultimately surrendered himself before his God. In complete trust and faith, he rested in Him. Job chose to become better not bitter duirng his suffering. Today, let’s trust God in our circumstances. Let God be God. Remind yourself faithfully and regularly you are not in charge. Our lives are in His hands.

The bitter perspective is that no one understands me. The better perspective is that God is there when no one understands us.

The bitter perspective is that I can’t be forgiven. The better perspective is that though I cannot forgive myself, God already has.

The bitter perspective is that my prayers go unanswered. The better perspective is that God answers our prayers for what’s best.

The bitter perspective is to call those who oppose Christianty your enemy. The better perspective is to love our enemies as God loves us.

The bitter perspective is htat my problems have no redeemable value. The better perspective is that our problems contain valuable lessons and blessings.

The bitter perspective is to avoid those with whom you disagree. The better perspective is to demonstrate HIs life and love wherever you can agree.

The bitter perspective is that the world is godless and deserves God’s wrath. The better perspective is that the world is lost and deserves God’s grace.
